About the opportunity

Our client is seeking to appoint an accomplished and patient focused Hospital Specialist Representative in a full time, permanent opportunity.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a defined New South Wales territory and be responsible for increasing market share and developing new growth opportunities, whilst building and fostering relationships with key specialists, including psychiatrists in hospitals and their private rooms.

Duties

• Drive through sales and market share growth on your territory including Liverpool, Campbelltown and Canberra (Approx. every 6 weeks)
• Build relationships with key customer groups of Psychiatrists, Mental Health Nurses; Public Hospitals, Public & Private Clinics and Allied Health networks
• Apply a key account management strategy to your territory

Skills and Experience

• Proven sales track record in a competitive sales hospital environment in Australia;
• Ability to build and manage customers and internal stakeholders;
• Superior business acumen and analytical skills;
• An ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and to acquire a high level of product and therapeutic knowledge;
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with multiple divisions;
• Relevant Business or Medical related tertiary degree
