About the opportunity 
Join an established business, in a newly created role. Bring your excellent stakeholder communication to liaise between distributors, sales teams, and customers. Foster relationships with distributors, and gain the opportunity to contribute to an ever evolving business, in a way where you are encouraged to positively challenge current processes.
 
Take inbound and make outbound calls to customers to manage the order. Order management in SAP & Salesforce.
 
Duties  

• Be the daily person of contact between local distributors, sales teams, customers ( NZ hospitals), and internal stakeholders.
• Manage workflow and delegate tasks to ensure productivity and KPI's are achieved.  
• Process orders received in SAP & Salesforce.
• Managing customer expectations and investigation of orders with distributors, 3PL and customers.
• Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required.

 
Skills and Experience 

• Previous experience in Customer Service in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG organisation.
• Experience delivering on projects is necessary in this role.
• SAP & Salesforce knowledge and experience is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• An understanding of distribution and logistics is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills are necessary.
• Proven problem solver.
