About the opportunity:

Working as part of a team within a GMP environment, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders for life-saving medications. You will also have opportunities to develop skills and support other cross-functional areas of the business.


Duties:

• Manage the receipt & processing of customer orders
• Validating information in orders for completeness
• Notifying customers of ETA's for their orders
• Collaborating with production staff to monitor workload
• Supporting customers with their enquiries
• Documentation in relation to GMP

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in customer service, pharmacy or logistics would be highly beneficial. 
• Strong written & verbal communication skills will be required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programmes (Word, Outlook etc.) is essential
• Related qualification (e.g. pharmacy, medical science etc.) is highly regarded. 
• Reliable and dependable, able to work in between the hours of 7am to 6pm. 
• High attention to detail / accuracy are critical in this role.
• Happy to commit to an on-going assignment.
