About the opportunity

Our client is seeking to appoint an accomplished and patient focused Senior Product Manager in a full time, permanent opportunity.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution, of the Australian marketing strategy & brand plan.

Duties

• Work with Global Marketing on the development and localisation of key elements of positioning, messaging, value proposition, creative campaign, and promotional pieces
• Develop and execute marketing strategies built on customer insights, and strong understanding of customer behaviours
• Build relationships with key customer groups of Psychiatrists, Mental Health Nurses; Public Hospitals, Public & Private Clinics and Allied Health networks
• Liaise with sales teams, medical, regulatory

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience within Marketing in Pharmaceutical Industry
• Ideally previous work in CNS or Psychiatry or similar therapeutic areas
• Strong understanding and ability to interpret the current Medicine Australia Code of Conduct
• Experienced in developing, managing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Superior business acumen and analytical skills;
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with multiple divisions;
• Relevant Business or Medical related tertiary degree
