About the opportunity
 
A great opportunity for an experienced PV Associate ready to join a dynamic and unique company with both global headquarter and local affiliate aspects. This role is looking for someone who is wanting to grow and learn within the Pharmacovigilance space. You will be responsible for managing adverse event and safety data, contributing to continuous improvement, leading compliance, conducting high quality PV training, and maintaining strong collaboration with key stakeholders.
 

Duties
 

• Be the subject matter expert in PV, expanding your knowledge in various therapeutic areas and product categories
• Act as a proactive leader within a global headquarter for local brands
• Deputy QPPV
• Manage adverse event and safety data
• Contribute to continuous improvement in PV and Quality Management Systems
• Conduct PV related trainings
• Review and provide oversight on Organised Data Collection Systems
• Maintain strong collaboration with key stakeholders
• Assist with the preparation and submission of PSUR, ASA and RMP

 
Skills and Experience
 

• Tertiary degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Nursing or related healthcare degree
• 2-3 years of experience within PV
• A fast and willing learner
• Good understanding of pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines including TGA, Medsafe and ACCC
• A track record of participating in audits and inspections, developing PV procedures, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to use tracking tools/systems
• Experience with ARGUS database
• Exposure to MedDRA coding
