About the opportunity

The opportunity is a new and exciting one for an experienced Senior Manager to lead the medical education function of a highly esteemed organisation. You will be creating a significant impact in the education, of not only your team, however the wider organisation. Your role will impact and enable the Health Care Professional's to make informed, educated decisions which will optimise patient care and outcomes.

Duties

Reporting to the Executive Director within Medical Affairs you will work closely with internal and external experts to achieve your goals within this opportunity. You will be responsible for leading the medical team and ensuring all educational activities and materials comply with company requirements and relevant codes such as: Medicines Australia and New Zealand Codes of Conduct.

​

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, healthcare related business field

Proven experience in and track record in leading and developing high preforming teams

Extensive background in working Pharmaceuticals

Experience in developing and delivering medical education

Background from within Professional or adult education

Knowledgeable and confident within Medicines Australia and NZ Codes of Conducts
