About the opportunity
Be a trusted Finance Business partner to the business unit. Provide financial support, business partnering and challenge, financial governance and control for ANZ sales and marketing teams. Responsible for review of customer and brand trade spend, marketing and trade marketing spend management. Provide key insights and drive strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive growth and performance
• Provide financial insight to impact key business decisions
• Develop & review business plans to drive growth
• Monitor monthly trade spend
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage & review budgets, forecasts, reporting, compliance and controls
• Maintain high levels of accuracy with data and reporting

Skills and Experience

• CA/ CPA qualified
• Similar experience in a commercial finance business partner position
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills incl financial modelling
• Experience working in FMCG or healthcare multinational business
• Excellent ability to challenge the status quo and build strong relationships
