As a Recruitment Resourcing Consultant, you will work alongside our professional and intelligent team to manage candidate engagement through proactive communication, advertising, and utilizing our commercial database.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Utilise various platforms to identify and communicate with candidates.
• Screen candidates through verbal engagement and accurate record keeping. 
• Lead marketing campaigns and audit candidate compliance records.
• Create effective advertisements with strong written capabilities.

 
The ideal candidate will have background in tele-marketing/sales, healthcare administration, F2F sales/retail, HR/recruitment, or healthcare/pharmacy/scientific graduates.
