About the Opportunity

As the Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our production department in Australia, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of quality and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to implement process improvements as well as lead and develop the team. 


Duties

• Be a people leader, developing and mentoring the team.
• Guide and train the team to ensure adherence to policies
• Collaborate with Lab Manager for technical practices
• Implement global product specifications and procedures
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Develop and implement new processes and technologies

Skills and Experience

• Experienced in production management within the medical device industry is preferred.
• Strong people leadership and strategic. 
• Experience working in an environment with 3D printing and AI technologies would be highly advantageous. 
• Continuous improvement mindset and excellent communication skills is required. 
• Familiarity with ISO standards and working with highly regulated products.
