About the opportunity

12-month opportunity to join a small team and provide evidence-based responses to medical enquiries from health professionals, consumers, and sales & marketing. You will triage all AEs according to internal and regulatory requirements.

Duties

• Sourcing and presentation of information in response to medical, clinical, scientific and on regulatory enquiries and support for the medical information services
• Maintaining medical information and customer complaints databases
• Review of promotional materials
• Maintaining medical library & review published literature
• Reporting of potential adverse event or quality defect reports
• Maintaining professional knowledge and expertise
• Providing scientific and product training to sales functions
• Advice and interpretation of product support materials

Skills and Experience

• Pharmacy (preferred) or Medical/Health Sciences degree
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Medial Affairs role - Med information or Drug Safety - Required
• Knowledge of the Medicines Australia, ASMI and TGA advertising standards and Code
