About the opportunity
Working as part of a team you will be responsible for picking, packing and preparing medical loan kits in accordance with customer orders.
Duties
Process customer orders
Consignment stock replenishment across various sites
Receiving and checking stock
Picking, packing, and preparing medical kits for dispatch
Communicate daily with internal staff to ensure customer orders are met
Ensure Loan Kit data is entered accurately into the system for trace-ability
Inventory control and stock taking
Assemble, maintain and repair instruments to good working order
Maintain collaborative approach and communicate efficiently with internal & external stakeholders
Maintain good safety measures within work environment
Skills and Experience
Warehousing or Loan Kit Experience within the medical device industry is essential
Experience working on SAP is ideal, alternatively, similar system experience would suit
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills and collaboration
Ability to commit to an ongoing assignment
Quick learner with a can do attitude
Able to work in a fast paced and pressured environment
