About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join a global organisation in the start-up phase in Australia. You will be working as part of a leadership team, and closely with the Asian market. In your new role you will be bringing a level of expertise implementing and maintaining HR systems and processes, managing employee training programs, and overseeing the recruitment process within the Australian market.
The HR Manager will report to the Managing Director and will play a critical role in supporting the company's HR and administrative functions.


Duties
  • Establish and maintain HR systems, SOPs, and handbook
  • Plan and implement employee training programs
  • Manage recruitment process and HR budget
  • Handle employment life cycle, and remuneration
  • Maintain employee records and provide HR reports

Skills and Experience
  • Degree in HRM or related discipline
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry being an advantage
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, including familiar with Fair work legislation and the implications to the organisation
  • Organized, trustworthy, and with a strong sense of responsibility
