The Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this newly created role is crucial to the business's ambitious growth plans and involves innovating, developing & driving future E-commerce business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Drive digital strategy across multiple platforms
• Provide strategic direction from concept to implementation
• Act as SME to team (local & abroad), ensuring high ROI
• Liaise with external agencies
• Ongoing SEO/SEM optimisation
• Enhance B2B2C conversion rate
• Implement integrated tactical marketing plans
• Conduct post promotional analysis
• Manage digital lead generation

Your background:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Digital marketing/e-commerce experience in client/agency
• Experience driving digital marketing campaigns
• Experience executing content strategies
• Strong communication/influencing skills
• CMS Platform
• Expertise in SEO/SEM
• Proven business partnering capabilities
• Superior customer service skills
