About the opportunity

You will be the conduit between the main grocery channels and the organisation to ensure that there is excellent forecast alignment and exceptional customer service. You will build business transformation to establish a customer centric organisation.

Duties

• Work closely with your customer to assess their needs and manage their expectations
• Work with key customers to ensure action plans and forecasts are aligned
• Customer relationship building and internal stakeholder management
• Build robust communication plans to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Ownership of key KPIs for your customers
• Lead and coach a team
• Manage VRP and Customer Service staff
• Responsible for service delivery metrics
• Ensure there is an aligned demand forecast with key customers and sales
• Drive process improvement
• Accountable for cost lines relating to customers outbound freight, warehousing and customer claims
• Understands the balance between delivering optimal service whilst managing costs

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a role at Supply Management level within FMCG working with grocery channels
• Strong customer relationship management experience
• Experience working with VRP/ISP
• Financial Management and budgeting experience
• People management
• Strong analytical experience
• Ability to have robust communications both with internal stakeholders and with your customers
• Strong problem solver
• Full working rights for Australia
