A global healthcare brand, based in North Ryde, 2113. They are well known in their field of expertise covering hospital consumables and infection prevention portfolios. They have expanded exponentially over the last few years and are able to boast of tenders and contracts they have won across the ANZ region for their extensive product range.

About the opportunity

Part of the Commercial Operations team, you will create and maintain reporting at customer, product and operational levels. Maintain the Salesforce platform in conjunction with IT to ensure the platform has latest updates and is correctly set up for optimal usage by the sales team as well as for timely and accurate reporting out. Manage sales incentive process for the region.

Duties

• Create and Maintain Commercial Reports and Models for APAC
• Measure accuracy and timeliness of reports created and issued
• Business Partner with various stakeholders incl Commercial Operations to provide insights
• Support the Commercial Operations in partnering with key strategies and projects
• Salesforce system maintenance for APAC
• Create sales incentive scheme with GMs and Country Managers
• Prepare & submit sales Incentive reports to APAC and US

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
• CPA or CA qualified
• 5+ years experience in a similar role essential
• Experience working in healthcare, FMCG or related industry
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
• Systems savvy - experience using SAP preferred
