Duties

• Lead the medical affairs function for a number of key therapies.

• Scientific lead for product portfolio including breakthrough therapies.

• Manage and enhance key external stakeholders including Key Opinion Leaders, Government and Advocacy groups.

• Set the strategic medical strategy for the existing and future pipeline of products.

• Develop and lead a talented team of medical affairs professionals, including driving engagement and promoting the organisation's culture.

Skills and Experience

• Established experience as a Medical Manager / Medical Advisor / Associate Medical Director within the innovative pharmaceutical sector.

• Medical qualifications (MBBS, MBChB, MD etc) an advantage.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.

• Advanced people leadership skills and experience (including hands on direct line management).

• Experience leading an innovative pharmaceutical product portfolio.
