We are inviting ambitious and self-motivated Director of Nursing professionals to send through their applications to join our growing team! We have some internal movements which then extends an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to lead a team of RN's and EN's in a clinical setting.

You will be responsible for managing the clinical operations within our facility so therefore being a registered Nurse is a must. You will have a business partner that will look after the rostering, catering and maintenance, so your prime area will be to ensure a smooth-running clinical area.

One of your main duties will be to develop a healthy and efficient work environment with engaged and motivated employees whose main goal is to provide the best patient care for our elderly residents.

Core duties include:

• Direct, supervise and evaluate performance of the nursing staff

• Set objectives and long-term goals

• Determine and track KPIs

• Make reports and present identified KPIs

• Manage record-keeping procedures

• Establish collaboration and build long-term relationships with relevant departments

• Create and present reports to senior managers

• Liaise with residents and their families and achieve optimal results

Skills and core requirements

• 3 years' experience in a similar role

• APHRA registration

• Business background in Aged Care

• Bachelor of Nursing / Business degree

• Cert IV in Frontline Management
