About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join the team in an ongoing temporary capacity. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.


Duties

• Pick, pack, label and prepare customer orders for dispatch
• Receive and put away inbound stock
• Perform cycle counts and stock takes
• Enter data accurately into SAP
• Coordinate courier bookings and logistics paperwork
• Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness
• Support team members as required across general warehouse tasks

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in warehousing, ideally within medical devices, pharmaceutical or the wider healthcare industry
• Working knowledge of SAP (preferred) or a similar system
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Reliable, organised and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Full working rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)
• Available for immediate start and able to commit to an ongoing role
