We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join the team in an ongoing temporary capacity. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.
Duties
- Pick, pack, label and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Receive and put away inbound stock
- Perform cycle counts and stock takes
- Enter data accurately into SAP
- Coordinate courier bookings and logistics paperwork
- Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness
- Support team members as required across general warehouse tasks
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in warehousing, ideally within medical devices, pharmaceutical or the wider healthcare industry
- Working knowledge of SAP (preferred) or a similar system
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Reliable, organised and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Full working rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)
- Available for immediate start and able to commit to an ongoing role
