Our client is a multinational specialty biotechnology company that researches, develops, manufactures, and markets products to care for and prevent severe human medical conditions.

About the opportunity

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Payroll/Time and Attendance Administrator, who is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) their company's time & attendance system - Kronos. They are seeking a professional who understands the unique factors involved in processing time and attendance for Australian payroll.

Responsibilities

• Attending to payroll queries and fixing errors, use of Kronos
• Extracting data from Kronos
• Supporting the rest of the team with BAU payroll queries
• As a Kronos SME, your will be identifying any gaps in integrations/systems and payroll processing.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Strong communications skills
• Must have previous experience with Kronos and experience in payroll
• Sound knowledge of payroll processes
• Excellent skills in Excel and analysis, able to perform Vlookups and create pivot tables with ease
• Must have full working rights within Australia
