About the Role

Because of you … surgeons and theatre teams will adopt innovative technologies that enhance patient outcomes and elevate standards of care.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Territory Manager to join a high-performing team in a newly created role, focused on driving adoption of innovative surgical technology across surgical environments in NSW. This is a true new business development role, working closely with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital stakeholders to introduce and expand the use of advanced surgical solutions within laparoscopic, open abdominal, and neuro-surgical procedures. 

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Drive new business growth across hospital accounts within your territory
  • Engage with surgeons, theatre nurses, and clinical stakeholders to support product adoption
  • Deliver product education and in-theatre support where required
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to build market presence
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to refine commercial messaging and approach
  • Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM reporting
  • Represent the business at relevant clinical meetings and events


Skills and Experience
  • Hospital sales experience is essential
  • Background in surgical, medical device, or healthcare sales, required OR
  • Clinical background (e.g. nursing) with exposure to surgical/theatre environments and some commercial or sales experience in healthcare
  • Experience or exposure to laparoscopic, abdominal, or surgical procedures highly advantageous
  • Strong ability to build relationships with surgeons and clinical stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities
  • Resilient, coachable, and adaptable in a developing market environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Full Australian working rights and valid driver’s licence required
