The Role:
Because of you, veterinary professionals and pet owners will have access to innovative healthcare solutions that protect our companion animals....

As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships predominantly across the Central Coast region, including some accounts across Sydney's North Shore, and Northern Beaches. Managing an established territory, you'll partner with veterinary clinics, pet retailers and wholesalers to develop strategic business plans, identify growth opportunities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.



Key Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with veterinary practices, pet retailers and wholesale partners
  • Promote a market-leading companion animal portfolio through technical and commercial expertise
  • Negotiate product orders and identify opportunities to increase market share
  • Manage territory budgets, forecasting and sales performance
  • Coordinate local educational meetings, customer events and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders to maximise business opportunities
  • Represent the business at industry conferences and events
  • Complete reporting and administration accurately and on time


Skills & Experience:
  • Proven success in Territory Management or Business Development sales roles
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Territory & Account Management across Pharmacy & Retail, highly regarded 
  • Commercially minded with excellent territory planning ability
  • Experience managing a field-based sales territory
  • Confident presenting technical information to healthcare professionals
  • CRM experience (Veeva or similar), highly regarded
  • Animal health, veterinary, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience advantageous but not essential
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
