Our global client is a leader in Sacral Neuromodulation therapy, the treatment of urinary and bowel dysfunction.  Having achieved great successes globally and demonstrating impressive growth, this company is now establishing and expanding their operations across Australia.


The Opportunity

Because of you, patients suffering from bladder & bowel dysfunction issues will be freed of their conditions…

As the sole Victorian Territory Manager, you will product launch across the Sacral Neuromodulation speciality field, with an aim to increase market share.

In this role you, you will thrive in developing effective customer relations and executing business strategies, striving to continuously build a strong branding for yourself, the product and employer alike.  You will manage each patient’s clinical trial and surgery procedure honestly and ethically, with the aim to ensure a positive patient experience. This position suits a professional who are solution oriented, and pride themselves on their consultative and educative sales approach.


Skills and Experience  
  • Proven sales experience, principally within Australia’s hospital surgical setting
  • Established customer base of Urologists, UroGynaecologists or Colorectal Surgeons, highly regarded
  • Superior commercial acumen incl. effective business and territory planning skills  
  • Clinical in-servicing Education Trial experience with an ability to conduct clinical dialogues, at all levels
  • Proven successes in building and maintaining B2B and B2C relationships
  • Demonstrated comfortability and capabilities to liaise directly with patients
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible to travel, be on-call, inclusive of after-hours and weekend work, crucial
  • Tertiary education, Medical, Business, and/or related fields, preferred
