This leading bio-pharmaceutical company discovers, develops, and commercialises innovative medicines in areas of unmet medical need for more than 30 years.
About the role
This high-level administration role will support the sales and marketing activities of the business unit along with driving special projects within the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Create draft reports, documents, presentations, and templates using raw data.
- Coordinate the preparation of annual budget, reviews monthly budget, handles financial requirements such as invoices, purchase orders, reimbursements.
- Liaise with external agencies or organisations to coordinate activities important to the function of the department.
- Understands and help attain the goals and objectives of the entire department
Skills & Experience Required
- 3-5 years experience in a team coordination position or supporting multiple leaders in a commercial environment
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is highly regarded
- Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently
- Experience in coordinating a variety of activities simultaneously to include interfacing with senior internal and external parties
