About the opportunity
Lead and manage a team of 3 and lead & manage all Supply Chain processes including forecasting, replenishment and distribution. You will be responsible for the end to end supply chain for Australia & New Zealand, be part of the implementation of new strategies to reach business goals, project management, process improvement, supporting internal stakeholders and provide insights to distributors and maintaining key relationships.

Duties

• Lead & manage a highly skilled team of experts within the Supply Chain team
• Work to continuously improve cost and operational efficiencies through effective vendor management and negotiations ‘
• Drive projects within Supply Chain and over see strategic programs to meet company goals
• End to end supply chain management including inventory management of finished goods, vendor selection, logistics, distribution, relationship management and returns and ensure that best practise is met minimising obsolescence and losses
• Maintain KPI’s and metrics across the Supply Chain function
• Directs the Supply Chain and Order to Cash team on product launches, product changes, product discontinuations, withdrawals, supply issue resolution and effectibely communicate with stakeholders
• Maintain compliance and policies in line with business expectations

Skills and Experience

• Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or FMCG industry preferred
• Experience within a Supply Chain Management role
• Influential, someone who shoes initiative and is focused on positive outcomes
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management and ability to partner cross functionally
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with strict time constraints
• Professional with demonstrated leadership skills
• Experience working on SAP & proficient Excel skills
