About the opportunity

Working as a Regional Coordinator within a busy office environment supporting community care staff, you will be responsible working closely with care workers, providing excellent customer service as well as scheduling and rostering the right support for aged care clients.

This is a temporary opportunity for 2 months, Monday-Friday day time hours.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a driven and positive attitude who is team focused wanting to provide the best level of customer care. It is important that you have had a similar position based within the care industry as they need people within this contract to be able to hit the ground running with minimal training.





Duties

  • Answering telephone calls, helping with service enquiries, email enquiries
  • Ensure client schedules are filled
  • Ensure continuity of client care is maintained
  • Ensuring all service requests are scheduled accordingly
  • General administrative duties
  • Ensuring database is up to date with client and employee details and notes





Skills and Experience

  • Working knowledge of a rostering system
  • Rostering or scheduling experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience dealing with funding bodies
  • Well-developed computer skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
