About the opportunity:

We are keen to appoint an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant / Specialist Manager to join our high performing Sales & Marketing team. The role specialises across pharmaceutical and medical device recruitment, giving you the opportunity to be a subject matter expert in the field working with the most exciting healthcare organisations globally. This role offers an extremely high performing desk with a great network of clients and candidates for you to take advantage of.

• You are an experienced recruiter with a history of successfully partnering with clients and candidates to deliver results in a 360-recruitment role
• You can build creditability with clients and candidates through your commitment to delivering a high-quality service. You have a track record of repeat business to back this up, and candidates that will speak to your focus on customer service.
• You are personable and approachable with a positive outlook in life, and exhibit genuine warmth with internal and external stakeholders
• You are a team player who understands the big picture and benefit of sharing candidates and working collaboratively
