About the Clinic

The Clinic is an integrated medical service provider with further expansion plans underway. The practice provide full, comprehensive and high-standard medical care to all patients. The clinic has other service offerings such as health education and preventative care sessions to patients of all age groups. There is also specialised services for patients with sleep disorders and diabetes and chronic care programs are on offer. In addition aside from general practice, the clinic also has specialist doctors that come in and provide consultation.

The Vacancy

As practice manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the clinic. This includes overall management of rolling out training for staff, management of admin, managing cost, oversight of patient feedback and working on ways to improve service delivery and rostering of staff. Other elements of the role is to trouble shoot for occasional IT hiccups and working with the leadership team to promote the brand and grow the clinic. The role requires you to manage minimum of 5 doctors and 5 administrative support staff.

Requirements

Proven experience working as a 2IC in a medical clinic

Ability to build rapport and engage with patients

Ideal but not essential, some book keeping skills

Good working knowledge of IT

Be able to lead by example and enjoy working in a collegiate team

Hands on with an interest in growing the clinic
