About the opportunity
A pivotal opportunity presents to take ownership of the 4PLfor ANZ. In this newly created role you will be given full responsibility to set KPIs for a new 4PL relationship and harness the relationship. The key to success in this role is to be able to build solid working relationships with all stakeholders whilst identifying and driving opportunities for process improvement.

Duties

• Take ownership of the 4PL relationship ensuring they are meeting KPIs

• Ensure they are working to the most effective KPIs 

• Work to build on a new relationship with the 4PL 

• Manage review meetings and any 4PL projects 

• Work with key stakeholders to ensure business expectations are being met

• Manage all logistics processes 

• Ensure month end activities relating to 4PL and freight forwarding partners are conducted

• Utilise SAP for inventory management

• Work with temperature control pharmaceutical products 

Skills and Experience

• Current experience in managing 3rd party logistic providers within a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals or FMCG

• Excellent relationship building experience

• Experience in implementing KPIs and managing this process

• SAP experience is essential 

• Lean 6 sigma would be advantageous
