About the opportunity

They are seeking a Senior Loan Kit Technician, this is a fantastic chance for the right candidate who is enthusiastic about internal and external consumer service, has robust computer abilities and high attention to detail. If you have experience in Loan Kits and are a passionate hard-working candidate this role will allow you to develop your skills whist working for a top medical device supplier.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and deliver loan sets to customers, both internal and external, based on case bookings and interstate requirements
• Coordinate the return of sets after use
• Examine kits upon return to ensure only usage is missing and that all instruments function as normal
• Restock loan sets and consignment sites as necessary
• Maintain inventory incl. expired, excess and obsolete stock returns, discrepancy investigation, back-order corrections
• Complete all necessary ERP transactions
• Interacting with internal and external customers as required. This may include phone calls, emails, texts, and face to face meetings.

Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years' experience working within a Loan Set Team in the medical devices industry.
• Car Licence required
• Some out of hour's work required
• Must be available for the on-call roster
• Must be available for stocktakes and cycle counts for two weekends annually
• Domestic and international travel may be required
