About the opportunity
Gather, organise data and perform operational analysis & reporting to provide customer insight to enhance the Sales and Marketing teams' decisions through in depth reporting.

Maintain existing Contracts, Pricing and Sales Reports and design new reports to support the business as required.

You will be responsible for managing the National Product Catalogue (NPC), supporting and validating data, material, pricing, rebates and chargeback, and customer databases to ensure accurate and relevant data is efficiently provided to data users.

Duties

• Perform operational analysis to support key decision making.
• Maintain existing sales reports, design new reports as needed.
• Manage pricing related reporting as well as communication to internal stakeholder & customers for pricing changes as well as chargeback and rebates.
• Provide guidance to the Marketing Team when there are mass price changes on how to manage changes and supporting them with pricing information.
• Provide contract reporting to all relevant internal and external customers.
• Maintain a general and comprehensive understanding of Material, Pricing, and Customer Database.
• Manage & maintain National Product Catalogue (NPC).
• Manage e-commerce channel.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
• CA or CPA qualified
• Previous experience in a similar role essential (E.g. Experience in a Pricing Analyst, Finance Analyst or similar essential)
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
• Systems savvy - experience using SAP, Oracle & pricing approval tools highly desirable
• Strong ability to communicate/build relationships with various stakeholders
