About the opportunity

Join the Regulatory team on a part time 6 month contract and provide support in the maintenance and updating of product approvals and registrations. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure advertising and promotional material meet regulatory requirements and liaise with regulatory bodies where required.

Duties

• Dossier preparation and submissions
• Maintenance of product registrations
• Artwork approvals, product information updates
• Liaising with TGA and internal colleagues
• Providing technical support to quality and marketing teams

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Pharmacy, Pharmacology or relevant science subject
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a regulatory role with Australian based healthcare company
• Experience liaising with TGA and Medsafe
• Working knowledge of OTC or consumer healthcare regulatory principles
• Experience within Medical Devices would be advantageous
• Effective communication both written and verbal
• Ability to work cross functionally
• Excellent team player, proactive and competent
