The Opportunity
A vacancy has become available for a proactive, personable Registered Nurse to join a supportive and growing team. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys being busy, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative GP setting.
This position will play a key role in chronic disease management, patient engagement, and supporting clinic growth, particularly leading into the busy flu season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chronic Disease Management (CDM) care planning
  • Immunisations and health assessments
  • Supporting patient engagement and proactive booking
  • Assisting GPs with procedures and treatment room duties
  • Managing patient care using Best Practice software
  • Contributing to increased patient flow and clinic efficiency
About You
  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
  • Able to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Proactive mindset – helps drive patient bookings and clinic activity
  • Enjoys being busy and contributing to a high-functioning practice
  • Not overbearing – collaborative and easy to work with
Experience in CDM is preferred but not essential – training can be provided.
