About the opportunity

As the Regional Sales Manager, you shall manage a successful team of Pharmacy Business Consultants within a highly reputable, global organisation. Be responsible to direct the sales team for all sales activities, to ensure team members achieve budgeted revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an experienced and high performing team of Pharmacy Business Consultants across the Southern states

• Manage all Regional Channels including all Key Accounts, Region-based Wholesalers and Pharmacy Groups

• Have a strong knowledge of Regional Customer, Competitor, Consumer (Patient), & Market environment

• Ensure all regional KPI's are met & issues promptly addressed through monitoring the performance and efficiency

Skills and Experience

• Be a high performing sales leader with proven track record of sales results

• Demonstrable success in FMCG, pharmacy and/or wholesaler sales

• Generic experience (desirable)

• Superior negotiation skills

• Be an agile, dynamic, and motivated Sales Professional
