About the opportunity
An On-site Sydney based Quality Investigations Officer role in Sydney’s West. You will be overseeing the post market surveillance and assisting with internal and external audits, reporting any deviations from approved procedures.
Duties
• Inspecting products against specification and reporting deviations
• Resolving issues or errors for internal or external stakeholders
• Receiving and logging reports into NCR database system
• Assist with internal and external audits when required
• Assist with quality investigations when required
• Documentation control in relation to quality
• Generate reports on trends and analysis from quality perspective
• Liaising and handling any customer complaints
• Reporting issues in a timely manner and meeting deadlines.
Skills and Experience
• Post-secondary qualification in a Science related field
• Knowledge and understanding of QMS principles and standards
• Minimum 3 years’ experience performing QMS duties in a similarly regulated industry
• Ability to review and investigate reports and identify and obtain relevant information
• Experience in Management Systems Auditing
