The Role:
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role is a individual contributor responsible for leading the development and execution of the Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing strategy across Australia and New Zealand. You will act as a key strategic partner to commercial and medical teams, driving HCP engagement through insight-led, multichannel campaigns. You will also own the HCP customer journey and lifecycle, leveraging data and insights to continuously optimise engagement and drive commercial impact.
 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the HCP marketing strategy across ANZ
  • Drive multichannel engagement (MCE) campaigns targeting HCP audiences
  • Own the HCP customer journey and lifecycle strategy
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across commercial and clinical functions
  • Create and deliver HCP-focused content, tools, and educational resources
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Clinical and Marketing teams
  • Lead HCP events, engagement initiatives, and campaign execution
  • Support product launches, advisory boards, and market insight activities
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and external agency partners
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and industry standards
 

Your Skills & Experience:
  • 4-6 years’ marketing experience within medical devices, pharma, or healthcare
  • Strong experience in HCP strategy and multichannel engagement
  • Proven ability to develop strategy, not just execute campaigns
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g. Veeva, HubSpot)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Confident communicator with ability to engage clinical and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, complex environment
