About the Opportunity Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, you will provide hands-on support across sourcing, procurement operations and compliance. This is a varied role combining procurement administration, reporting and analytics with the opportunity to manage lower complexity RFPs and support supplier negotiations. You will play a key role in ensuring procurement processes are followed, reporting is accurate and opportunities to improve efficiency are identified. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools, working with data and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

Duties
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities across indirect spend
  • Coordinate and run lower complexity RFPs
  • Support supplier negotiations and sourcing activities
  • Analyse procurement data using Excel and Power BI
  • Prepare monthly procurement and compliance reporting
  • Review purchase requisitions and procurement documentation
  • Monitor procurement governance and reporting activities
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Support the Head of Procurement across operational priorities
Skills & Experience
  • Indirect procurement experience
  • RFP and sourcing experience
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Power BI experience preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management
