The Practice
A vacancy has become available for an experienced Practice Manager to join a well-established, multi-site specialist healthcare provider on the Gold Coast. This is a pivotal leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys building strong teams, and takes pride in running a high-performing clinic. About the role:
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy specialist practice, ensuring smooth service delivery across multiple sites while fostering a positive and engaged team environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of more than 20 staff across administration, healthcare practitioners and allied health.
Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations
Drive staff engagement, retention and team performance
Manage billing, financial processes and reporting
Maintain strong relationships with practitioners and referral sources
Ensure operational efficiency and high-quality patient service delivery
About you:
Proven experience managing a medical or specialist practice
Strong understanding of both front-end operations and business performance
A hands-on leader who leads from the front
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Xero (highly regarded)
Comfortable working across multiple sites
