The Practice 

A vacancy has become available for an experienced Practice Manager to join a well-established, multi-site specialist healthcare provider on the Gold Coast.
This is a pivotal leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys building strong teams, and takes pride in running a high-performing clinic.
With a long-standing and stable foundation, this position offers the opportunity to step into a respected clinic and make a meaningful impact.

About the role:

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy specialist practice, ensuring smooth service delivery across multiple sites while fostering a positive and engaged team environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of more than 20 staff across administration, healthcare practitioners and allied health. 
• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations
• Drive staff engagement, retention and team performance
• Manage billing, financial processes and reporting
• Maintain strong relationships with practitioners and referral sources
• Ensure operational efficiency and high-quality patient service delivery

About you:

• Proven experience managing a medical or specialist practice
• Strong understanding of both front-end operations and business performance
• A hands-on leader who leads from the front
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Xero (highly regarded)
• Comfortable working across multiple sites
