About the opportunity

As a Patient Services Manager, you will be responsible for focusing on the patient journey, improving patient engagement and patient advocacy. This is an important role within the organisation that has high visibility where there is lots of engagement and collaboration. This is a full time, permanent role, based in Sydney with flexible working options available.

Duties

  • Work closely with the Patient Services Team, assessing the patient journey and mapping out processes and strategies that will make a difference to both patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Work cross functionally and collaboratively with brand teams
  • Identify ways to improve patient engagement
  • Look at diagnosis and treatment plans and see where there are gaps for support
  • Working on specific support programs, ensuring the right processes and governance protocols are maintained

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in, Science, Business, Nursing, or a related discipline.
  • Clinical experience - desirable
  • Marketing or Medical experience - understand brand and relationships involved
  • Experience managing vendors, agencies, 3rd parties
  • Programme coordinator experience - desirable
  • Digital innovation experience - desirable
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively and cross functionally with other areas of the business
