The Position

A patient services officer vacancy has become available to support a medical specialist clinic. The individual will be working across more than one site. Formal one-two week training and orientation will be provided. The position will require you to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Leveraging from your exceptional ability to communicate and engage with people at all levels, you will be responsible for providing front line support to specialist doctors. In this position, you will be answering phone calls, coordinating patient files received from doctors, referring doctors and hospitals. Other administrative tasks involves managing and processing billings, greeting patients.

In addition to the above, the highest priority is providing quality patient care and focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.
