About the opportunity

​

The Medical Science Liaison will act as the scientific expert for the Rheumatology portfolio. You will be required to provide in-depth scientific knowledge to a variety of key opinion leaders. This is a field-based position where you will be required to travel across various southern states and territories.

​

​

Duties

​

Provide credible scientific expertise to internal stakeholders and external KOL's across Rheumatology

Work collaboratively and cross-functionally

Build and maintain a strong network of Rheumatology specific KOLs

Keeping up to date with relevant clinical trials, be an expert in your therapeutic area and assist with requests for medical information

Resilience in managing complex challenges

Skills and Experience

​

Tertiary qualification in health sciences or related field

Experience as an MSL or working in the pharmaceutical industry

Strong understanding, knowledge and network within Rheumatology (desired, not essential)

Ability to clearly communicate your scientific understanding to a large audience varying from physicians to patients to internal colleagues

Full driver's license

Ability to travel interstate

Full Australian working rights

Excellent organisation & communication skills
