About the opportunity
This is a senior Medical Lead position responsible for leading medical strategy across a diverse portfolio.
You will operate as the medical expert across multiple products, including both in-market therapies and upcoming launches over the next few years. The role sits at a highly strategic level, working closely with cross-functional teams including commercial, market access and regulatory.
You will also lead and mentor a direct report, while partnering closely with the Medical Director to shape the overall direction of the portfolio.
 
Duties
• Lead the development and execution of medical strateg
• Provide expert scientific and clinical input across multiple products and therapy areas
• Partner with commercial teams to support brand strategy and upcoming product launches
• Act as the primary medical point of contact internally and externally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders and thought leaders
• Support and guide field medical activities alongside your direct report
• Contribute to medical education, advisory boards, congress activity and scientific exchange
• Ensure all activities are compliant with local regulations and industry standards
 
Skills and Experience
• MD or PhD required
• 5–7+ years’ experience within Medical Affairs
• Proven ability to operate in a strategic, leadership-level role
• Experience mentoring or managing others preferred
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage complexity and become a subject matter expert across multiple products
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
