The Clinic 

The practice is supported by a team of specialist doctors with an interest in providing a range of cardiovascular, respiratory and sleep  services in Western Sydney. The doctors have been trained locally and in the UK.  The doctors provide complete on-site diagnostic services for your heart using latest technology. The type of studies they treat include  chest pain, palpitations and shortness of breath to complex cardiac conditions including advanced heart failure, pulmonary hypertension and valvular heart disease.  In addition, the clinic also diagnose patients with complex lung conditions including 
emphysema, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary embolism and lung cancer.  The practice also has a doctor on site to treat patients with sleep disorders.  


The Position  

As a proficient Arabic and English speaking, experienced medical administrator, you will be responsible for opening and closing of the clinic from start of 800am- 430pm.  
You will need to work autonomously, where at times, you might be the only person on the front desk.  
In this role you will provide medical administrative support to the practice to include high end, personalised services with a modern touch. 
Tasks include, confirming patient bookings, answering phones, making outbound phone calls, deliver caring service with internal, external stakeholders and patients. 
It is expected you will also be processing payments and liaising with referring doctors, scanning files, inventory control and ensuring the rooms are aesthetically pleasing and comply with hygiene standards. 
 
 
Requirements 

  
  • Proven experience working in a similar role 
  • Knowledge of Genie ideal, but not essential 
  • Medical Software System knowledge 
  • High emotional intelligence 
  • Genuine interest in working in health care 
  • Inquisitive minded 
  • Proactive and enjoys taking initiative
