About The Clinic

The specialist clinic is located in Sydney's CBD. The clinic is aesthetically pleasing and has a warm, friendly work environment. This practice is a single doctor clinic, supported by a nurse. The clinic provides high tough individualised service.

Position

• Provide front desk administration support
• Meet and greet patients
• Answer incoming and outbound phone calls
• Provide booking list for the doctor review and have patient files ready for the doctor
• Provide front line administration support for the specialist medical practice
• Provide outstanding customer service to the patients, your colleagues and external stakeholders, such as to referring doctors
• Capture and provide accurate and timely information
• Process billings
• Ensure that the rooms are clean and maintained to a high standard
• Process billings
• Confirm patient appointments
• Answer queries from patients
• Scan and file documents
• Print forms for patients
• Print mail outs and letters
• Prepare invoices, receive payments, issue receipts
• Provide and demonstrate proficient verbal and written communication skills that are in keeping with the brand to communicate with all key contacts of the practice
