About the company Our client is a large acquisitive Medical Device organisation with a fast-paced, energetic work environment. They develop and distribute a huge range of medical devices, helping to improve lives.
About the opportunity
In this role as Marketing Manager you will report directly to the General Manager. You will have one direct report and will be developing marketing strategy and execution to increase market growth of the Arthroplasty and Infection Prevention portfolio's.
Duties
- Work closely with sales managers & teams
- Work close with Suppliers
- Develop and execute marketing plans
- Manage marketing expense budget, including monthly review of expenses
- Prepare for and actively participate in the monthly profit and loss review
- Assist with and coordinate Product Training
Skills and Experience
- Arthroplasty knowledge/experience is essential
- Medical Device Product Management / Senior Product Management experience essential
- In-field Sales experience highly regarded
- High Attention to Detail
- Great Communication
- Enthusiastic Team Player
