About the Opportunity
Reporting into the Supply Chain leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring product availability while maintaining high service levels.

Working closely with Commercial, Customer Service, Finance and external logistics providers, you will manage inventory, monitor supply performance, support planning processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining operational execution with analytical problem solving in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory, distribution and logistics operations across ANZ
  • Coordinate activities with third-party logistics providers (3PL)
  • Assist with processing customer orders
  • Monitor inventory performance and identify supply risks
  • Support S&OP planning and forecasting processes
  • Analyse logistics KPIs and develop meaningful reporting
  • Maintain SAP master data and planning system accuracy
  • Support customer order management and operational activities
  • Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes
Skills & Experience
  • Experience of working directly with 3PLs
  • SAP experience is essential 
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience managing inventory and logistics operations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
