About the Opportunity This newly created hybrid role has been designed to strengthen the Supply Chain and Customer Service teams following operational changes within the business. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you'll support customer service, logistics coordination and some master data activities while working closely with Customer Service, Warehousing and Logistics teams. You'll provide overflow support during peak periods, coordinate customer enquiries and contribute to maintaining efficient supply chain operations. Offering exposure across multiple functions, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a global healthcare organisation.
Duties
Process customer orders via email and SAP EDI
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
Support order management during peak periods
Coordinate logistics and delivery enquiries
Investigate and resolve customer issues
Maintain customer and product master data
Liaise with internal Supply Chain stakeholders
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
Customer service or order management experience
Supply chain or logistics exposure is preferred
Experience working with SAP and strong systems aptitude
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
