The Business:

With an ever-expanding OTC product portfolio, my client's products are at the forefront of Australian consumers everyday healthcare requirements. Motivated to positively impact consumers lives, their brands are synonymous with quality and dependability.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this newly created role is crucial to the business's ambitious growth plans and involves innovating, developing & driving future e-commerce business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop & implement e-commerce accounts across D2C, pureplay & e-tailer channels
  • Evaluate new E-commerce opportunities in retail partners
  • Highlight new business opportunities across various models - B2B, B2C & B2B2C
  • Ensure superior activations across online platforms within Grocery & Pharmacy customers
  • Negotiate and ensure mutually beneficial business plans with account stakeholders
  • Lead pricing & promotion negotiations
  • Partner extensively with digital marketers to deliver activations with online accounts
  • Shape strategic growth plans with internal/external stakeholders
  • Attend conferences/Trade shows as & when required

Your skills & Background:

  • Proven ability to win new accounts across e-grocery, Pureplay, Marketplace & D2C channels
  • FMCG or OTC/Consumer Health industry experience essential
  • Exhibited working knowledge of e-commerce activities & online channels
  • Proven ability to develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated commercial & financial acumen
  • Superior forecasting capabilities
  • Proven understanding of web analytics
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a proven 'self-starter'
