About the opportunity This is primarily an Internal Communications role supporting engagement across the Australian business, spanning manufacturing sites and corporate functions.
You will act as a key support to the Internal Communications head, partnering with site leaders and functional stakeholders to deliver structured, consistent and high-impact internal communications. The role requires experience operating in complex, matrix or regulated environments, with a focus on aligning local communications to broader enterprise messaging while driving engagement at a site level.
Note this is a 6 month contract assignment.
Duties
Develop and execute internal communications plans aligned to business priorities
Deliver communications across manufacturing and corporate stakeholder groups
Partner with site leaders on operational, change and IR-related communications
Create long-form and short-form content (articles, leadership messages, intranet)
Manage enterprise messaging to ensure alignment with global frameworks
Support leadership communications including town halls and updates
Deliver employee engagement and culture initiatives
Produce basic video and multimedia content for internal use
Collaborate across HR, safety, and operational teams on key messaging
Skills and Experience (Mandatory)
Internal communications in complex organisations
Manufacturing or regulated environment exposure (pharmaceutical sector experience an advantage)
Stakeholder management across multiple functions
Experience supporting leadership communications
Strong long-form and short-form writing
Experience with intranet and digital channels
Exposure to change or transformation comms
Ability to manage competing priorities
