The role
An exciting contract opportunity exists for an experienced Hybrid Representative  to join a high-performing specialty pharmaceuticals team covering VIC East and Tasmania on a contract basis.
You will engage with a broad range of healthcare professionals including GPs, Nurses, Gastroenterologists, Hepatologists, as well as Drug & Alcohol Services.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, relationship-focused and confident managing multiple stakeholders across both metro and regional accounts. You will work autonomously, identify growth opportunities and deliver high-quality customer engagement across the territory.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders across the territory
  • Manage strategic accounts across VIC East and Tasmania
  • Deliver high-quality clinical and commercial discussions with customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for territory growth
  • Develop and execute territory plans aligned to business objectives
  • Engage with diverse customer groups including GPs, nurses, specialists and community services
  • Represent the organisation at educational meetings and stakeholder events
  • Maintain compliant and accurate activity reporting
  • Work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the broader commercial team
Skills & Experience
  • Previous pharmaceutical sales experience required
  • Experience within Hepatology, Gastroenterology or Drug & Alcohol highly regarded
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and Key Account Management capability
  • Commercially driven with strong business development skills
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively autonomously
  • High level communication, influencing and territory management skills
  • Ability to thrive within a competitive market environment
  • Tertiary qualification preferred (Life Science, Nursing, Pharmacy or Business)
  • Current unrestricted driver’s licence required
