About the opportunity
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting and executing the HR processes, programs, and initiatives within the designated client group/s aligned with the HR department.
 
Duties
  • Supporting the Strategic HRBPs in delivering HR & Talent Programs and Initiatives to drive a culture of high performance and engagement
  • Analyse performance drivers and metrics and provide leaders with insights and recommendations on their people to influence decision making
  • Obtaining and using available people and business metrics to inform and proactively manage people decisions (data-driven decisions)
  • Supporting all employee relations matters, including providing advice and counsel to managers concerning employee performance, policy adherence, harassment, compliance violations, grievances, conflicts, and union matters.
  • Advising management in appropriate resolution of employee-related issues, communicating and collaborating closely with the respective HR Business Partner throughout the process
  • Partnering with business leaders and applicable HRBP (s) to derive recommendations for organisational design
  • Supporting the cyclical end-to-end Performance Review and Development process
  • Working with the designated business group(s) to deliver actions that will drive an increase in engagement
  • Supporting the one-off and cyclical compensation and benefits program across the designated client group(s) as directed by the HRBP(s)
  • Partnering with the business in scoping business needs for new roles and role design
 
Skills and Experience
  • A qualification in Human Resources is required
  • Previous experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Adviser
  • Previous HR background and knowledge, 2-3 years’ experience is ideal
  • Must possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and use of other Microsoft products
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience in using Pivot tables and analysis using excel
  • Experience using Workday is an advantage
